These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Khodaiwala website and application (the "Service"), operated by Aditya Associates, a sole proprietorship of Mr. Omkar Yogesh Lokhande ("we", "us"). These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. By using the Service or joining our early-access list, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Khodaiwala is currently in an early-access phase. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing or availability. Features, plans and pricing described on the site are indicative and may change before general availability.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Service you confirm the information you provide is true and accurate.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit, including invoices and tax records you generate.
Any pricing shown is indicative during early access. When paid plans go live, applicable charges, taxes (including GST) and billing terms will be presented to you before you pay. We will give you notice before any payment is taken.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
