Data Deletion Request

Your right to erasure under the DPDP Act, 2023

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw the consent you gave us. This applies to your early-access waitlist details (name, mobile, email, machine count and consent record) and, in future, to your app account data.

How to request deletion

Send us an email and we'll take care of it. Tap the button below — it opens your email app with the details pre-filled. Please send it from the email address you signed up with (or tell us the mobile number you used), so we can find and verify your record.

What happens next

1. We verify the request matches a record we hold (using your email or mobile).
2. We delete your personal data from our systems, including our waitlist responses.
3. We confirm to you by email once it's done — within 30 days of your request.

Note: where the law requires us to keep certain records (for example, GST or tax records once you are a billed customer), we may retain only what we are legally obliged to, and delete the rest.
